There are two swimming pools, surrounded by a sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols.
A large one ideal for long swims (13 x 11 m with variable depth from 110 to 140 cm)
A pool for the little ones (5 x 5 m and 90 cm deep) where there is also a whirlpool.
They are fun for young and old: while you relax in the sun, the rest of the family can play in the water or in the adjacent playground.
The play area, to be enjoyed from morning to evening, is ideal for chatting, getting to know the other guests, networking and having fun all together.
The self-service bar is always open and inside you will find vending machines for coffee, cappuccino, chocolate, tea, cold drinks, snacks and ice cream.
For those with a sweet tooth, we do a home delivery of fresh pastries in the morning, which you will find directly in front of your apartment, conveniently picked up when you wake up, but don’t forget to order them the day before at reception!
The barbecue area with its large gazebo is the ideal place to socialise, organise a barbecue with friends, a dinner or a simple aperitif. You can also stop to read a book or simply be rocked by the rocking chair. You will find books in the language to take and if you like to leave for those who will pass after you!

Parking is reserved and each apartment has its own numbered parking space in the large underground garage.

We want to make our own small contribution to the world, which is why we have included a charging station for electric cars in the residence, with a Type 2 connector, 11 kW power.

Reception is open every day from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., but don’t worry, we are always at your disposal, you can contact us by phone, via WhatsApp or write to us by e-mail.
We are also available to give you advice and plan your day at beaches, parks, restaurants, hiking, excursions and island trips
Check-in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., check-in also possible at other times by telephone agreement.

For your physical activity we have a gym open daily at all hours, you can run on the treadmill, pedal on the exercise bike, work out on the bench, or do free body exercises.
At your disposal are weights, mats and a backrest. Alternatively, for a jog or a walk in nature, you can choose from the many routes, by the sea, in the shade of the pine forest or in the hills.
For two-wheel enthusiasts, we rent bicycles for men and women and child seats. City bikes, E-bikes and Mountain bikes are also available.
The Costa degli Etruschi, where the residence is located, is perfect for sports and nature lovers: the area offers routes of various levels, easy for families and more challenging immersed in nature for the adventurous, with the possibility of guided excursions along the coast.

In the barbecue area there are also games for the older ones, such as table tennis and cards, and for the more stubborn there are patience-proof puzzles!
For those who make sport a childhood memory, table football is a must.
